The Pearly Gates?!?

So for years I've traveled through St. Peter, MN to get to my mother's. In fact, in my college days I even attended a weekend conference at Gustafus Adolfus College.

But this trip home, I glanced to my left at one of the stop lights and what do I see, but St. Peter's Pearly Gates ... well, you know Mom & I had to stop by on our way to Fort Snelling for a photo op!

Mom wouldn't stand in front for a photo ... figured at her age it was tempting fate ... ;o)
